Ingredients
- 8 oz White Mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 pkgs Alfredo Noodles prepare as per pkg directions
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Parsley dried; or fine-chopped fresh
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cups cooked turkey meat chopped; white, dark, or combo
- 2-3 sprays non-stick spray oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Marsala
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Paprika sprinkled on top
- 1/4 cup shallots about 1 small shallot, peeled and diced

- Preheat Oven to 400°F 4 quart sauce pan Large skillet Baking Dish: 9x12 or 3 quart size
Preparation
- Prepare the Alfredo noodles according to the package instructions, using only 1 tbsp of oil/butter.
- While the noodles are cooking, sauté the onions, garlic, and mushrooms together in 1 tbsp butter, until lightly browned. Add the Marsala and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the turkey, heating the mixture until it is hot and the vegetables are cooked.
- Stir the meat-vegetable mixture into the noodles. Spray the baking dish with oil then transfer the noodles-meat mixture into the dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then with bread crumbs. Spray lightly with the oil. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the top is lightly crisped.
