  1. Preheat Oven to 400°F 4 quart sauce pan Large skillet Baking Dish: 9×12 or 3 quart size
Preparation
  1. Prepare the Alfredo noodles according to the package instructions, using only 1 tbsp of oil/butter.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, sauté the onions, garlic, and mushrooms together in 1 tbsp butter, until lightly browned. Add the Marsala and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in the turkey, heating the mixture until it is hot and the vegetables are cooked.
  4. Stir the meat-vegetable mixture into the noodles. Spray the baking dish with oil then transfer the noodles-meat mixture into the dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, then with bread crumbs. Spray lightly with the oil. Bake for about 5 minutes, until the top is lightly crisped.
