- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Ground Garlic
- 1 tbsp Parsley dried parsley, crumbled
- 2-3 sprays non-stick spray oil

Instructions
- Clean any remaining fish scales and bones from the filets. Split them along the natural break. This will let the sections cook more evenly.
- Lightly spray the filets with oil. Season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic, and parsley.
- Preheat a skillet to medium. Spray with oil then cook the filets until done. The "skinny" pieces will cook quickly -- about 3 or 4 minutes -- and can be kept warm in a covered serving dish.
