- 5 oz baby kale std package
- 5 oz watercress std package
- 2 stalks Green Onion chopped

Instructions
- Heat skillet then spray with oil once the pan is hot. Lightly salt the oil then toss in the watercress and cook quickly, stirring.
- Set the watercress aside in a serving dish temporarily. Keep the skillet hot.
- Spray the pan with oil again, add a sprinkle of salt then stir in the kale. Cook for about 1 minute then stir in the green onion. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the kale is done.
- Return the watercress to the skillet, stirring to mix the veggies. Turn off the heat and cover the skillet. Let the veggie mix sit for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
