Instructions
Prepare the Noodles
  1. In a 4 quart saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter until it begins to brown.
  2. Add 1/2 of the garlic cube and stir until it is lightly browned.
  3. Add the milk and water, bring to a boil, then add the noodles. Cook as per the package directions, about 7-8 minutes. Let the noodles sit for a couple of minutes while you prepare the shrimp and broccoli.
Prepare Shrimp & Broccoli
  1. If using frozen shrimp, rinse them to defrost them. Remove tails and any shell remnants. Chop the shrimp into large pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Put the broccoli florets in a covered, microwaveable dish with 1/4 cup of water. Steam for only a couple of minutes until hot, but not fully cooked. About 3 minutes whether fresh or frozen.
  3. Heat a fry pan on medium, then add the remaining tablespoon of butter and the other half of the garlic cube. When the garlic begins to brown, add the shrimp.
  4. Stir fry the shrimp for about 2 minutes, then add in the broccoli. Season lightly with ground pepper and the chopped parsely.
  5. Stir the shrimp+broccoli mix together with the noodles mix. You can either add the noodles to the fry pan (if it will fit) or the shrimp/broccoli to the saucepan.
  6. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese then stir to mix the noodles, shrimp, and veggies.
  7. Serve with an additional sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on top.
