- 6 lbs turkey breast with bones and skin
- cooking oil spray
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning sage, garlic, white pepper, parsley, etc.
- 2 cups chicken broth or water + broth base

Instructions
- Rinse the breast and lightly pat it dry.
- Test-fit the breast in the pot, compressing the ribs if needed. Set the breast aside.
- Place the broth and the steamer insert into the InstantPot.
- Spray the breast on all sides with cooking oil spray. Then season with your favorite blend of poultry seasonings.
- Put the breast in the pot, cover, and set to pressure cook on high for 35 minutes. Set the "Keep Warm" to 0 minutes.
- Let the pressure drop on its own for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the broiler to 450.
- Finish depressuring the InstantPot. Place the turkey breast onto a broiling pan. Broil for about 5 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Use the broth from the cooker to make gravy. Save any leftover broth for soup.
