  1. Coarsley chop the cucumber. Add the diced green onion.
  2. Season to taste with the spices, salt and pepper. Stir in the vinegar.
  3. Add the tomatoes and stir to blend all flavors. Let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Keep chilled until served.
  4. Refrigerated, the salad can be kept for several days.
