Salsa Verde Pork
A quick instant-pot dish that reheats well. Spicy-hotness can be modified by the addition of chili peppers or other spicy ingredients.
No oil needed for this version. Cooks quickly in an InstantPot.
Reasonably quick and easy. You’ll need a 3-4 quart sauce pan, a large (10-12″) skillet, and a meat tenderizing tool.
Pork chops, skillet cooked with onions & potatoes
Lots of veggies in this dish. Use a covered, 3-qt saucepan.
For a Red Curry version, swap out the yellow curries and use chopped broccoli instead of carrots.
