Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs chicken breast filets 4 filets
- 1 tbsp olive oil use a sprayer
- 2 whole shallots diced
- 12 oz sliced shiitake mushrooms 2 @ 5-6 oz packages
- 1 cup dry white wine a very dry Chardonnay will work
- 1 cup chicken broth substitute: 1 cup hot water + 1 tbsp mix
- 2 tbsp rosemary fresh chopped
- 1 cup light sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste
